Guidelines & Workflow
- To join the Kuhudak Brand Ambassador Program, your product or service must be travel-related.
- The client will initially begin working with us by promoting a specific product.
- Our services are available for both one-time campaigns and long-term partnerships.
- The type of content and promotional channels will be determined based on the client's requirements, such as article publishing, community posts, social media posts, and video reviews.
- The client will receive regular reports on the performance and results of the campaign.
- For one-time projects, a 50% advance payment is required, with the remaining 50% payable upon completion of the work. For long-term partnerships, full payment must be made at the beginning of each month.
- If the client fails to pay the remaining 50% upon completion of the project, all promotional activities and the delivery of campaign reports will be suspended. The client's eligibility for future collaborations will also be reviewed. Kuhudak reserves the right to take legal action where necessary.
- If either party wishes to terminate the agreement, they must provide notice in accordance with the notice period specified in the contract (e.g., 7 days or 1 month). For one-time projects, advance payments are non-refundable. For long-term agreements, if no work has commenced for the cancelled month, the payment for that month will be refunded.

One-Time Package
For one-time campaigns, the client pays for a specific promotional service or project.-
Article Publishing (1), Community/Forum Promotion (1), and One NoFollow Link (1): BDT 30,000

Social Media Promotion (2 posts and 5 stories across Facebook, Instagram, and the WhatsApp Channel): BDT 2,000

Video Review (One 2–5 minute review video published on YouTube and Facebook): BDT 8,000 (The video must be provided by the client.)

Email Marketing: Reach Kuhudak's 5,000+ email subscribers and promote your product or service: BDT 10,000 (Additional).
Monthly Package
Under a long-term partnership, promotional activities will be carried out continuously for a fixed period (minimum 3 months).-
Basic Package: 1 article publication, 1 community/forum promotion, and 5 social media posts: BDT 12,000/month.

Standard Package: 2 article publications, 4 community/forum promotions, 6 social media posts, and 1 video review (the video must be provided by the client): BDT 22,000/month.

Premium Package: 10 social media posts, 4 article publications, 8 community/forum promotions, and 1 video review (the video must be provided by the client): BDT 32,000/month.
