Welcome to the Kuhudak Community. Kuhudak is a travel-focused community where people can explore travel, discover Bangladesh, ask questions, learn from others, and share their travel experiences.

Our community is built for travelers, adventurers, photographers, storytellers, and anyone who enjoys discovering new places and cultures. Our goal is to create a friendly, respectful, informative, and trustworthy environment where members can exchange knowledge, share experiences, and inspire one another.

These Community Guidelines apply to all content shared on Kuhudak, including but not limited to:

1. Travel-Focused Community

Kuhudak is a travel-focused community. All content published on Kuhudak must be directly or indirectly related to travel, tourism, destinations, culture, history, heritage, nature, or travel experiences.

Content that is completely unrelated to travel may be removed without prior notice. Repeatedly posting irrelevant content may result in account restrictions or permanent suspension.

2. Languages

Members may publish content in:

• English

Content in other languages may also be accepted where appropriate.

Please write in a clear, respectful, and easy-to-understand manner. Avoid intentionally misleading titles or using vague or confusing language.

3. Create High-Quality Content

We encourage members to publish informative, helpful, and experience-based content.

Whenever possible, include:

• Relevant photos
• Detailed descriptions
• Accurate location information
• Travel costs (where applicable)
• Safety information
• Practical travel tips
• Personal experiences
• Maps or reliable references

Instead of publishing multiple short posts about the same topic, consider creating a single, comprehensive, and informative post.

Low-quality, repetitive, or meaningless content may be removed without prior notice.

4. Accuracy and Sources

Travel information can influence real-world decisions. Before publishing any information, make sure it is accurate.

Members should:

• Verify important information before sharing it.
• Correct any mistakes if they are discovered.
• Clearly distinguish facts from personal opinions.
• Never intentionally publish false or misleading information.
• Whenever possible, cite reliable sources for statistics, historical facts, visa information, laws, regulations, or other important travel-related information.

If your content is translated or adapted from another source, please provide proper attribution whenever possible. You are solely responsible for the content you publish on Kuhudak.

5. Photos, Videos, and Other Media

We encourage members to upload original photos and videos that they have created or captured themselves.

If you share content created by someone else, you must:

• Have the necessary permission.
• Provide proper attribution or credit where required.
• Use copyright-free or properly licensed materials.

Do not upload media that:

• Is unrelated to the discussion.
• Infringes copyright.
• Violates another person’s privacy.
• Promotes illegal activities.
• Has been intentionally manipulated to mislead others.

Repeated violations of these rules may result in content moderation or restrictions on your account.

6. AI-Generated Content

AI-assisted content is welcome on Kuhudak. However, all AI-generated content must comply with these Community Guidelines.

If you publish AI-generated content:

• Ensure the information is accurate.
• Do not use AI to mislead or deceive others.
• Do not present AI-generated images or videos as real events or genuine travel experiences.
• Do not use AI in ways that infringe copyright or intellectual property rights.

Whether or not you use AI tools, you are solely responsible for the content you publish on Kuhudak.

7. Respect Others

Treat every member with kindness, courtesy, and respect. Kuhudak is built on constructive conversations and shared travel experiences.

We encourage you to:

• Respect different opinions.
• Participate in healthy and constructive discussions.
• Welcome new members.
• Respect different cultures and travel experiences.

Do not:

• Harass or bully others.
• Insult or intimidate anyone.
• Use abusive or offensive language.
• Make personal attacks.
• Intentionally provoke arguments or conflicts.
• Disrespect moderators or community volunteers.

Constructive criticism is welcome. Personal attacks are not.

8. Hate Speech and Discrimination

Kuhudak welcomes travelers from every country, culture, and background. Discrimination or attacks based on any protected characteristic are not allowed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Race
• Nationality
• Ethnicity
• Religion
• Disability
• Age
• Gender
• Sexual orientation
• Language

Respect every traveler. Respect every culture.

9. Adult and Sexual Content

Kuhudak is intended to be a safe community for everyone.

The following content is strictly prohibited anywhere on Kuhudak, including posts, comments, profiles, private messages, chat, photos, videos, usernames, and signatures:

• Pornographic content
• Explicit sexual text
• Adult images
• Adult videos
• Nudity or sexually suggestive content intended to cause sexual arousal
• Escort services
• Adult advertisements
• Sexual exploitation
• Links to adult websites
• Content created to promote pornography

Educational, artistic, historical, or medical discussions involving sensitive topics may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.

10. Child Safety

Kuhudak has zero tolerance for content that exploits children or puts their safety at risk.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
• Child exploitation
• Grooming
• Sexualization of minors
• Requests involving minors in sexual contexts
• Any content that endangers children

Such content will be removed immediately and, where required by applicable law, may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

11. Privacy and Personal Information

Respect the privacy of every member. Never share or disclose another person’s personal or confidential information without their permission.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Home or workplace addresses
• Government-issued identification
• Passport information
• Financial information
• Private conversations
• Personal documents
• Location information that could put someone’s safety at risk

Before sharing photos or videos that identify another person, make sure you have their permission. Doxxing or intentionally exposing another person’s private information is strictly prohibited.

12. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Only publish content that:

• You created yourself; or
• You have permission to use.

Do not upload:

• Copied articles
• Stolen photos
• Videos downloaded without permission
• Pirated software
• Pirated movies
• Pirated books
• Any other content that infringes copyright or intellectual property rights

Always respect copyright, trademarks, and intellectual property rights. Repeated copyright violations may result in the permanent suspension of your account.

13. Spam, Advertising, and Self-Promotion

Spam reduces the quality of our community and is not permitted.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Posting the same content repeatedly
• Flooding discussions with unnecessary posts or comments
• Creating fake engagement
• Excessive advertising
• Clickbait
• Misleading promotions
• Promotional comments
• Publishing an excessive number of posts within a short period
• Sending unsolicited commercial messages

You may share links to your travel blog, YouTube channel, website, or social media profile only when they genuinely contribute to the discussion and provide value to other members. Accounts created primarily for advertising or promotional purposes may be restricted or removed.

14. Affiliate Links

Affiliate links are allowed only when they provide genuine value to travelers.

The following are prohibited:

• Affiliate spam
• Hidden affiliate links
• Misleading affiliate recommendations
• URL shorteners that conceal the destination
• Affiliate links shared solely for financial gain

Any commercial promotion requires prior approval from Kuhudak.

15. External Links

External links must be:

• Safe
• Relevant
• Legal
• Helpful

Do not share links that:

• Contain malware
• Attempt phishing
• Unexpectedly redirect users to another destination
• Promote fraudulent activities
• Encourage illegal activities
• Distribute pirated materials
• Link to adult websites

Unsafe links may be removed without prior notice.

16. Reviews and Recommendations

Reviews should be based on your genuine personal experience. Honest and reliable reviews help other travelers make informed decisions.

If you review any of the following:

• Hotels
• Restaurants
• Airlines
• Transportation services
• Tour operators
• Tourist attractions
• Travel agencies

You should:

• Be honest.
• Be fair and objective.
• Avoid exaggeration.
• Clearly distinguish facts from personal opinions.

Fake reviews, undisclosed paid reviews, or intentionally misleading ratings are strictly prohibited.

17. User Profiles and Identity

Your profile should accurately represent who you are. Usernames, profile photos, cover photos, biographies, and other profile information must comply with these Community Guidelines.

Do not:

• Impersonate another person.
• Impersonate a company, organization, or public figure.
• Use a misleading identity.
• Use offensive usernames.
• Use copyrighted logos without permission.
• Display unauthorized advertisements.

Promotional profile signatures require prior approval from Kuhudak.

18. Private Messages and Chat

These Community Guidelines apply equally to private messages and chat.

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Harassment
• Bullying
• Hate speech
• Threats
• Unsolicited advertising
• Spam
• Fraud
• Scams
• Phishing attempts
• Explicit sexual conversations
• Sending unsolicited adult images or videos
• Sharing illegal content
• Sharing another person’s private information

Respect the privacy and personal boundaries of others when using private messages or chat. Misuse of messaging features may result in account suspension.

19. Illegal and Dangerous Activities

Do not use Kuhudak to promote, facilitate, or organize illegal or dangerous activities.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Terrorism
• Violent extremism
• Criminal activity
• Human trafficking
• Wildlife trafficking
• Drug trafficking
• Smuggling
• Identity theft
• Fraud
• Forged documents
• Fake travel documents
• Hacking
• Malware
• Phishing
• Dangerous challenges
• Illegal weapons

Content that violates these rules may be removed immediately and, where required by applicable law, may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

20. Responsible Travel

Travel responsibly and help protect the places we visit.

Do not encourage activities that harm:

• Wildlife
• National parks
• Historic landmarks
• Archaeological sites
• Religious sites
• Museums
• Protected areas
• Local communities
• Cultural heritage

We encourage responsible, sustainable, and respectful travel that helps preserve destinations for future generations.

21. Reporting Violations

Help us keep Kuhudak safe, welcoming, and trustworthy for everyone. If you encounter content that violates these Community Guidelines, please report it.

Please report content involving:

• Violations of these Community Guidelines
• Spam
• Copyright infringement
• Fraudulent or deceptive content
• Harassment or abuse
• Content that endangers children
• Content that promotes illegal activities

Knowingly submitting false or abusive reports may also result in enforcement action.

22. Moderation and Enforcement

To maintain a safe and respectful community, Kuhudak moderators may take appropriate action when these Community Guidelines are violated.

Moderation actions may include:

• Editing content
• Hiding content
• Removing content
• Locking discussions
• Restricting account features
• Temporarily suspending accounts
• Permanently banning accounts

Where necessary to protect the safety and integrity of the community, these actions may be taken without prior notice.

23. Appeals

If you believe that action has been taken against your content or account in error, you may contact the Kuhudak Moderation Team to request a review.

Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that the original decision will be changed. Each appeal will be reviewed based on the available information and our Community Guidelines.

24. Violations and Penalties

Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, Kuhudak may take one or more of the following actions:

• Educational reminder
• Warning
• Content removal
• Temporary restrictions
• Temporary account suspension
• Permanent account suspension
• Permanent ban

Serious violations, including child exploitation, fraud, impersonation, hate speech, phishing, or other illegal activities, may result in the immediate permanent suspension of an account without prior warning.

25. Community Management

To protect the quality, safety, and integrity of the community, Kuhudak reserves the right to:

• Edit community content
• Remove any content
• Decline to publish content
• Restrict access to specific community features
• Suspend or terminate accounts
• Take any other action necessary to protect the platform and its users

These measures may be taken whenever necessary to maintain a safe, respectful, and high-quality community.

26. Updates to These Community Guidelines

We may update these Community Guidelines from time to time to improve the safety, quality, and functionality of the Kuhudak Community.

By continuing to use Kuhudak after updated guidelines are published, you agree to be bound by the revised version.
